Very disappointed with this place . They denied me the only medication helping me through until I get a diagnosis because of my “history “ . I flagged myself in the system as a person in recovery. I have 4 years and am in extreme pain because they don’t know what’s wrong with me. This speaks volumes to the state of our healthcare system .
Everyone is always so nice, I’ve been coming here with my family since I was in middle school. My doctor since I was 18 is Dr. Traux Russo. She is so cool! Very kind and helped me in my medical crisis immediately, I’ve been on good treatment with her and I am now 23. Love everyone here, always good people!
If I could give less than a one star review I would. Be aware that during a wellness visit if they ask if you have any issues or problems DO NOT ANSWER THEM. You will be charged with a sick visit without your knowledge… even if they do nothing for you except write a referral . Just the fact that you answered will trigger the charge. I had to find out the hard way. They do not disclose this information. I received a bill for $190. After they double billed my insurance for a wellness visit and a sick visit.
