I ran out of medication so call the pharmacy to get refill and they can't due to the doctor won't and they moved and can't find it using Google maps
It takes forever to get an appt and they constantly screw up my prescriptions. There’s such a lack of communication and I feel like my health problems are not handled with concern or urgency.
If I ask to put a message through to my doctor because your app doesn't work, do your job and relay the message, don't offer to give me a number for tech support. I was going to ask for a referral to be put through but WHY BOTHER. ALL NEW DOCTORS FOR ME, I GUESS. THIS PLACE NEVER TOOK MY HEALTH SERIOUSLY.
