INCREDIBLE ❤️ I have always had a spectacular experience, regardless of the reason for the visit. Today, Kay took the time out of her busy day to assist with paperwork that was seemingly endless and awfully intimidating. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything needed was taken care of; please give her a raise immediately 😤

This was a stellar place to receive care when Dr Stanley was managing it along with Heather the office manager. It has gone so down hill since then. I tried to stay , but ended up with a provider who was too new an had to excuse himself for everything to "check on something ". A few nurses are uncaring and rude. And don't get me started on the practice manager. And don't reply back that you want to hear more because when I did contact higher ups , THEY DIDN'T CARE.

This practice has gone down hill quick. Nurses are so unbelievably rude, and instead of allowing your messages to go to your actual doctor through the portal they simply reply with “Make an appointment” regardless of what the issue is. So be prepared to make appointments for every little question that may arise even after you were previously seen for the same issue.

Good practice and you rarely have to wait for more than maybe 10 minutes to get into see your doctor. Nurses and the people who check you in are very nice. I'd recommend this practice to anyone. Excellent care!
