Today , my husband and I left this practice. I've been there 8 years and my husband 2. This place fell apart when Dr. Stanley left. There also seemed to be a nursing turnover, with the exception of Barb and Sharon who are GREAT . The newer staff has ZERO communication skills. This week , I had to call 4 times for my husband's refill . Mine took 4 days to get. If you send a msg , no one replies. I love this place. They treat their patients awesome… yes even the ones who have state insurance/medical assistance. I’ve never had a long wait time, I’ve always been listened to thoroughly which makes me feel cared for.
Posting on behalf of a loved one. The male PA seen was condescending and dismissive to questions and said during the appointment that he had another patient to get to. The appointment seemingly lacked education on or concern for women’s health(as well as medications), compassion, and professionalism. Honestly. LGH family medicine Manheim should be ashamed that a mother left their office crying today.
This doctors office is the best about this town. Doc Ireland is a dream. She is thorough and compassionate and truly listens and does whatever she can to help. It isn't just her, though. The nurses are always kind and great at making you feel at ease, too.
