Boy this place has gone down hill in the last 50 years. My dad came in from a physical therapist, on referral, for a possible blood clot in his leg and they refused to see him because he didn't have an appointment.
Today , my husband and I left this practice. I've been there 8 years and my husband 2. This place fell apart when Dr. Stanley left. There also seemed to be a nursing turnover, with the exception of Barb and Sharon who are GREAT . The newer staff has ZERO communication skills. This week , I had to call 4 times for my husband's refill . Mine took 4 days to get. If you send a msg , no one replies. The one time I was talking to a nurse or MA on the phone and she started crying because she didn't know the answers to anything. How... read more
I love this place. They treat their patients awesome… yes even the ones who have state insurance/medical assistance. I’ve never had a long wait time, I’ve always been listened to thoroughly which makes me feel cared for.
