I've been at this practice since it was family-owned and I was a child. I have a condition that I believe needs to be addressed NOW. I explained that to them. They put me on hold to talk to management. Then told me the earliest available appointment is 5 months from now. But they will put me on a cancellation list. THIS IS BULLCRAP!!!!
Ever since they moved here it takes them so long to answer the phone if they are understaffed hire more people
