Ever since they moved here it takes them so long to answer the phone if they are understaffed hire more people,I don't understand why they ask so many questions to check in I could see a new patient but just ask name that should be enough
I've been at this practice since it was family-owned and I was a child. I have a condition that I believe needs to be addressed NOW. I explained that to them. They put me on hold to talk to management. Then told me the earliest available appointment is 5 months from now. But they will put me on a cancellation list. THIS IS BULLCRAP!!!!
