Trying to get in to see a doctor for severe migraines they said 6 to 8 weeks. I laughed and said fine can I do a video appointment they refused. Now why can I not do a video appointment for headaches? They say I have to physically see somebody at the office for headaches but yet there's nothing physically wrong. I have problems that limit my leaving the house so video visits are key for me. The staff has completely ignored my requests and will not even acknowledge my messages. Pathetic services! I waited all summer long to get into this office and then they cancelled my appt over my lgh app. I call to reschedule there's no appt until next year 2026. Im told to change drs that can't even see me until December 2025 after I waited all summer. I asked the girl for info on who to call to fix this issue and Im given a care share number that doesn't even work. Ridiculous!
Whoever left a one-star review is wacky. The folks in the office have never been anything but patient, kind, and friendly with me and my family.
