What a great workout! I loved the vibes and instructions and felt sore for the next few days in all the right places.
LFT LAB takes an excellent and rather unique approach to the HIIT style of workout that is rooted in weight based training. It's one of the only places in south Florida that you can get a pump both in terms of muscle contraction and cardiovascular boost. They always put together a nice program with at least one more traditional power lift and then an excellent compliment of stability, movement, and strength super sets.
