Keep track of your site certifictions! Being told a class we signed up for in Warrenton moved to Middletown because the Warrenton site had lost it's certification simply means no one was paying attention. Moving class location without affirmative communication with students is also unacceptable. It is 46 miles between the two campuses you switched the classes between. We deeply apologized for the changes that were made - both over the phone and through email. Refunds were offered to every student if the changes would not be suitable for them. The program didn’t lose any certification, it was just put on “inactive status”. We are committed to working with our community partners and students within the context we are working in.
