Where did all the waiting room chairs go? They yell at you if you stand but then they keep taking away chairs and forcing everyone to here together in one uncomfortable area all together. Used to have chairs along 4 walls now 1.
Staff is rude and hateful, with the exception of a very select few, who have a habit of talking down on their customers like they're children. If you correct them or give them attitude right back, they'll "defer" you in childish retaliation, where you have to go through a humiliating interview process to continue donating like they're doing YOU a favor. Horrible service, you better hope you don't have a problem because they won't check on you. Push the needle in too far and there is obstructed flow they will not check on you. 2 hours in the chair, 9 chairs are rotated and you are still doing return. 45 minutes before they check if there is an issue. If I could give less than 1 star I would. 100% avoid this place at all costs. Too busy chatting about personal things.
As a collective is ok, but my problem is when one person tells me I can stand when screening for pulse and I wait 15min for the next person to tell me that I have to sit and now I can't donate because my pulse went back up because I got upset in the middle of retesting. Just be prepared to have your time wasted!
DO NOT GO TO LFB PLASMA! When I first started they told me I would get 4 draws at 100.00 on my forth draw they gave me 40!! They told me they changed the donation prices...I felt as though I should have been grandfathered in or given the option not to donate( they told me after taking my plasma!) I tried calling and emailing corporate office. They ghosted me. They also told me I would get 10.00 to write a good review on my first visit! All scams!
Booker is extremely good at his profession,, this place would not be the same without him, always looking out to get us in and out,, good job brother!
I went in on November 16,2025 to donate and was treated badly and left with pain bruises due to staff and not listening to me about stopping my donation with I have every right to stop donating but the staff insisted on continuing and hurting me to the point I was in a lot of pain lite headed and felt like throwing up they did hand me a white plastic bag. Just arrived to donate today and discovered they are taking 100 more units and not paying people donating anymore!! They are actually cheating their donors out of their plasma and not paying any more $. Do your research before you get roped off by TO FB,!
I have been donating for about two years and one reason I keep coming back is because of the amazing staff at LFB. Not only are they knowledgeable, but also very positive, professional and very friendly. The location Is always clean and I always feel very comfortable when donating.
