The older lady was nice at the start, until my mum said we didn’t originally go here to get my glasses. Very rude
Back in.march 2023 I went to l& f.in moe.to have eye test done.lanka did the eye test .that was OK. Lanka said I will have to.come back to have a eye scan.and eye drops.what she didn't tell me that I had to have someone with me.she said that it would be two hours before the eye drops whould clear.no longer.so there for I nearly fell on the bus floor.and I nearly fell of the bus.i couldn't fouches. At all with the eye drops still had not cleared. I will. One thing I wouldn't go back to see Lanka again

The Optometrist that accessed my eyes was Absolutely Brilliant, Best Service I have ever had The Staff there were very Helpful In helping me Choose My Frames, also got Sunnys Thanks.
