Our furnace went out during a snow/ice storm yesterday. I called countless companies, no one could get out, but Lezgus assured me they'd be able to help in the morning. Top notch professionals and beyond kind. They were able to replace the necessary part and get us back up and running. I am so beyond appreciative and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

For a company that relies on customers, my multiple experiences with them is that they just don't want to do the hard work. They'll find excuses to do the absolute minimum which is OK in the short term but not quality to be counted on. There are better options for comp prices.

Unprofessional unserious company. They didn't show up and when I called them, Dean started to make up stories and deny he received an email from me. He was only giving low profile excuses.

Sean from Lezgus did a great job clearing up the problem, also changing filters for us. He explained in layman’s terms why it occurred, and future prevention. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.
