I was told it would cost between $200 and $250 by the office when I made the appointment to replace 3 toilet valves. But after the they charged $395 .Don't trust them when they give a price on the phone. It was a normal job, nothing complicated. I wouldn't use them again.

The first phone call I made I spoke to a lady named pat. She did an outstanding job. I read the positive reviews. I just had them come to the house to evaluate a hot water heater situation. And the technician, his name was Sean, he couldn't have been more professional. An accurate with his diagnosis. He never tried to b s me for a second. This business is totally legit. Our furnace went out during a snow/ice storm yesterday. I called countless companies, no one could get out, but Lezgus assured me they'd be able to help in the morning. Top notch professionals and beyond kind. They were able to replace the necessary part and get us back up and running. I am so beyond appreciative and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

For a company that relies on customers, my multiple experiences with them is that they just don't want to do the hard work. They'll find excuses to do the absolute minimum which is OK in the short term but not quality to be counted on. There are better options for comp prices.
