Recently bought a house and the seller was going through lezamiz. When asked to paint the pillars Lezamiz’s construction (Twin Falls construction LLC) did a terrible job. Had to call them to repaint 4 times and they still missed spots. Also left paint chips in the yard. If you’re buying a house from them and need repairs you’re better off asking the seller for a credit.
They were very professional very kind any questions they answered they said call anytime they were very supportive during the whole episode never got upset with me never was impatient I would recommend them if I was staying in the area but since I'm leaving and going 3000 miles away I hope this helps their company
The overall interaction and work experience was far above expectation. We were greeted warmly and seated with by far, the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working and dealing with. Sid was awesome, he made the process of selling my home quick and easy within a tight deadline of 30 days. I had an amazing time working with Lezamiz real estate co and everyone else that was involved. Will definitely be coming back when I buy again!!!
