Leyva’s Painting is the very reason my house has water pouring into it. They are contracted through Taylor Morrison and due to their extreme carelessness, laziness or ineptness in our home building process (and in so many homes within our neighborhood) we are now facing black mold issues concerns and have to have multiple rooms in our house ripped up. Do yourself a favor and steer far away from this company!
I'm not sure how I found Leyva's but I'm so glad I did. The price came in lower than some other companies, and they use top quality products (Sherwin-Williams), and they stand behind their work. I wanted to paint my house light gray, and Tim had a fantastic suggestion for me. They completely transformed our home. We also had Leyva's repaint our driveway. They tried a new product but it didn't hold up the way their old product did, so they came back out (no questions asked), sanded, prepped, and repainted the whole driveway. ... read more
