If you'r looking for a workers comp lawyer, don't go to these guys. The staff is over worked and i can't get anyone to respond to my request. I have to beg them and push them to act on issues regarding my case. I have to call them all the time reminding them to respond to workers comp deadlines which have expired in the past. They seem like they don't know the ends and outs of the state system. Getting anything done with them is like pulling teeth. When you hire an attorney and you seek their counsel then you should follow their advice. If the attorney tells you to accept an offer of $10,000.00 or ten dollars you should listen...especially if you hire an attorney who is a certified specialist by the state bar like Michael Leyva. Sounds like sour grapes.
I hate this place worst lawyers ever 3 years on a case got to meet my lawyer the day of the hearing ...he had no idea about my case...before the hearing I was offer 10.000 to close the case without surgery...should have taking that deal! because after I went to court I lost the case and got nothing! wouldn't recomend it to anybody in a million years
