Dianne took care of my case since day one, all the way back in 2016. From day one she explained how long the process was going to take and everything that was needed. Unfortunately 2020 affected the process but she stayed on top of things. In hindsight maybe a few things could have been better but overall I am very grateful for her assistance and her team.
