Rang the surgery to book a appointment person asked what’s wrong mid way through explaining Rudely cut me off and says we don’t have a appointment today ring back tomorrow litterly rang as soon as they opened up didn’t bother to hear me out just seemed like they wanted to get off the phone if your thinking of joining think again can’t remember the last time I actually managed to get a appointment with these guys
Very good pleasant experience
Phoned the clinic on behalf of my mother after her being discharged from hospital. Receptionist staff were polite and helpful and if not knowledgeable enough they referred to those who were. Dr Sahota provided the call back, listened carefully and worked efficiently to arrange the necessary actions to help my mother.
