IM LIVIDDDDDDD I have been coming to this dentist for treatment … Nobody send out a letter stating the Dentist had passed on and is no longer with us . . I think the staff should’ve been better communicating or sent out a letter for reloacating clients … now it’s been a hassle because I have no access to my old records . I just think this dentist should have went about things way more professionally ! WHITE MARSH LOCATION AND BELAIR
whoever gave them 5 stars must work for them because i call and call and call and call and call and it doesn't even go through.
I have been calling to cancel my sons appt and reschedule and the machine states they don't open until 1pm and then I call at 1: 30 and it says office closed for lunch and they reopen at 1:30. I called a moment ago at 2:50 and the message stating they are still at lunch is still up. This is extremely frustrating.
I have been calling since the beginning of COVID to get my child's bottom braces off. Nobody answers the phones, or returns any of our calls.
