I picked up my eyeglasses today, after a seven (7) week wait, which was worth it. The delay was due to a manufacturing defect in the lab in Montreal, which did not pass the quality inspection test. Subsequently, my eyeglasses had to be manufactured in a lab in Japan. I gave them a deposit on 23 May 2025 and my glasses are still not ready for pickup. I may have to hire a lawyer to resolve this issue because they promised me that the glasses would be ready for pickup in two to three weeks. Deposit receipt states: Deposit is only good for thirty days.
I always get my eye glasses here. Emily is always very helpful and patient. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this place for service and their products!
Great service!! Front desk lady is always kind and answered all my questions. I’ve bought 3 glasses there and every time I need some adjustment or little fixing they do it with no costs. My eye’s exam was complete and the doctor very professional explained everything step by step. Highly recommended!!
