Friendly and knowledgeable staff
I came here as they are an authorized seller for Lindberg eyewear, and I ended up purchasing two different pairs from them. Both Emily and Kaming were super knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. Highly recommend!
I went in for the first time today and Kaming helped me find a suitable pair of eyeglasses! They were very informative and clearly knew their stuff. They were so helpful in providing me different options based on my preferences. They did not rush me to make my decision and they were so nice to chat to! I picked up my eyeglasses today, after a seven (7) week wait, which was worth it. The delay was due to a manufacturing defect in the lab in Montreal, which did not pass the quality inspection test. Subsequently, my eyeglasses had to be manufactured in a lab in Japan.
