I went in for the first time today and Kaming helped me find a suitable pair of eyeglasses! They were very informative and clearly knew their stuff. They were so helpful in providing me different options based on my preferences. They did not rush me to make my decision and they were so nice to chat to! I would highly recommend this store and Kaming!

I picked up my eyeglasses today, after a seven (7) week wait, which was worth it. The delay was due to a manufacturing defect in the lab in Montreal, which did not pass the quality inspection test. Subsequently, my eyeglasses had to be manufactured in a lab in Japan. Patiently, Kaming Leung, the Business Manager at LeYes, explained this to me, offering me a complementary pair of sunglasses and/or lenses due to the delay, which I declined. I gave them a deposit on 23 May 2025 and my glasses are still not ready for pickup. I may have to hire a lawyer to resolve this issue because they promised me that the glasses would be ready for pickup in two to three weeks. Deposit receipt states: Deposit is only good for thirty days.
