I was calling around, trying to find a hard-to-find faucet stem. The owner spent 20+ minutes on the phone with me, reviewing everything in his rather extensive inventory, then checking the True Value warehouses, before finally giving up - and telling me he would call the manufacturer when they opened the following Monday. True to his word, he called me late on Monday to tell me he found that he was able to order the stem - and at a reasonable price - but that they required him to order a certain $$$ amount.
