Very Disappointing Service Experience I am very disappointed with the service at this Lexus dealership. I own a 2025 Lexus RX 350, and the backup camera has repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple visits to the dealership for the same issue. Despite the repeated inconvenience caused by this warranty-related problem, the dealership was unwilling to provide a loaner vehicle or even arrange round-trip Uber transportation. scheduled service at 4:15 pm for oil change. After arriving there, they just told me they can not finish job before they closed. asked to pick up next day. just waste customer's time.
I understand getting oil changes and repairs at the auto dealership may not be the BEST deal cost wise, but I do enjoy the customer service when it’s on point; and that’s invaluable.
