This place is a rip off. First off, they told me 633 plus fees and taxes over the phone, but when I showed up, they tried to get me to sign a 795 plus fees/taxes estimate. When I said something, they just changed the price no problem. huh? 700 dollars to "service" my transmission and when I returned, all they did was flush it. No filter change, no cleaning the magnet in the pan. First, they talked to me like I was stupid and tried to tell me the transmission is sealed. I had to come here from College Station to get my airbag recall done. I love the fact that they have several waiting areas and complementary snacks and drinks. Service is great and quick. My favorite part is that I can work comfortably at an actual desk to get my work done and be productive while they are taking care of my vehicle. They even do a complementary wash.
Very inconsiderate. While buying a pre-owned Lexus with service records on Carfax from Soutwest Lexus that only say "Vehicle Serviced". I called to see if I could find out if the transmission fluid had ever been changed there. They said they could only release that information to the owner. So I asked what they would need from the dealer who currently owns it for them to provide that information. The only way is to go all the way across town to their shop in person with the title. That's ridiculous.
Has always been a pleasant experience taking my car in for regular maintenance. Comfortable waiting area with plenty of amenities to occupy my time while waiting. Friendly staff for the most part. A few could use some re-education in friendliness and manners.
Returned without service, I had noise issue wanted to get checked I didn’t find normal to courteous tone so I left without service
