My 2018 Lexus LS500 has been at the dealership for 2 weeks waiting on an amplifier and is not expected until “Some time in December.” It is unclear why. So potentially, the vehicle could be in the shop for 2 months?! The vehicle has 40k miles on it! Doesn’t say much for the Lexus Brand. Big disappointment! My car is a Lexus with a "chewed Through" Gas Line(gas leaking every where) Mickey stated that I need to pick up my car because he will not be working on it. His feelings came before professionalism. Beware… I wish I would have read the reviews on Lexus before purchasing mine. I called to report having sticky melting dashboard. I’ve never heard of a dashboard deteriorating and turning into a sticky putty/ clay like substance. To make things worse.. everyone from the dealership to corporate was aware of the issue but did NOT notify the customer and placed a deadline on providing assistance.
