Beware… I wish I would have read the reviews on Lexus before purchasing mine. I called to report having sticky melting dashboard. I’ve never heard of a dashboard deteriorating and turning into a sticky putty/ clay like substance. To make things worse.. everyone from the dealership to corporate was aware of the issue but did NOT notify the customer and placed a deadline on providing assistance. My 2018 Lexus LS500 has been at the dealership for 2 weeks waiting on an amplifier and is not expected until “Some time in December.” It is unclear why. So potentially, the vehicle could be in the shop for 2 months?! The vehicle has 40k miles on it! Doesn’t say much for the Lexus Brand. Big disappointment! Tanya Wathey

As a longstanding Lexus customer, I recently contacted customer service to request an extension on a technical bulletin whose expiration date is June 13, 2025. Despite having purchased over six Lexus vehicles throughout my life, I was unfortunately denied assistance. Consequently, the LS460 will be my final Lexus purchase. While I have consistently recommended Lexus to others and expressed positive feedback, this experience has led me to conclude that I will no longer recommend Lexus SUVs or cars. .
