First time at a Lexus dealership because my father was trading his old car for one here, and the service was wonderful! Everyone there is very accommodating and kind, providing clear insight on all the features. Many thanks to the sales manager Ken and the sales consultant Kevin for being able to explain things in Chinese! Their delivery department head, Christopher, helped set up the apps within the car and made understanding all the buttons and whatnot very easy.
We recently bought our car from Lexus South Pointe and had a great experience. Jatin was our salesperson, and he made the whole process very smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions. What really stood out was that he followed up a few times after the purchase to make sure everything was going well, something we really appreciated. My vehicle’s battery died last night at 7pm in the middle of a recreational centre parking lot after I picked my young kids. I phone Lexus South Pointe after hours to seek any sort of guidance on the situation.
