Update: yesterday I Got a flat tire from potholes, but Lexus service made the whole situation completely stress-free roadside assistance to fixing my tire quickly and set me up with a great loaner car in the meantime. Jamin and the rest of the team made the experience enjoyable. All people involved were friendly, kind and patient. They were all very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
I was not impressed- had an appointment booked to view and test drive a car on the lot. Mike the salesperson in the dealership was supposed to help us out. We were there few minutes before the appointment and were waiting for more than 10 minutes- Mike did not show up even after he was paged few times. When he did arrive, no apologies just handed over to another guy (the poor guy was not prepared and did his best).
