Staff? A+ Amenities for customers? A+ Service? C- *edit* Tried to start my car the next morning and it wouldn't. I know they tested the battery so they probably removed it from the car to do so. (they claim they didn't remove it, but regardless you should be well aware if the terminals were so loose they could fall off after clamping a tester to the terminals.) *claim they were looking for parts recommendations for my 90's LS400.
