It takes 3 hours to get an oil change. The wait time is really really long.
Good service. They had a schedule pickup for oil change and 10,000 mile maintenance for 2024 Lexus Tx.
Wouldn’t take my Lexus anywhere else. Great customer service from the time. You drive in til picking up.
I bought my NX 350h in Louisville KY on Friday and had to drive to Cincinnati on Sunday for a family funeral. I picked up a nail along the way, but thankfully I had purchased the tire warranty. Mike and the Performance of Lexus Service team were incredible. He made sure I was taken care of, kept me informed, and had a new tire installed in just 45 minutes. During a tough weekend, their professionalism and kindness really stood out.
