Very good service work
Car was brought in for insertion of additional padding for drivers seat bottom which I found to be hard vs the seat on the 2916 Avalon I traded in. Upon completion of the job, I was informed the maximum amount of of additional padding had been added. This procedure improved the comfort of the seat somewhat. I was provided a very nice loaner suv during the repair. Advisor Phyllis was helpful in determining timing of next routine services.
