My service advisor Joe R. has always been great! Even though I did not book ahead of time a complementary car loaner when I made the appointment to change 3 of my tire battery sensors which took 2 hours, he gave me a loaner. Only issue I have is that labor cost is more expensive ($250 /hr or so!) than the parts but he explained why. I get free car wash & vacuum inside car which they did a good job.
