I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service experience I had at your Lexus Service and Parts Center on January 10, 2026, at approximately 10:30 AM. Upon my arrival, I waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone even approached me or acknowledged my presence. There was no explanation, no greeting, and no attempt to provide assistance during that time.
