Beware to anyone who is sold the full service promise. And beware if you have a flat tire and the only place to find a replacement is the dealership, and you’re an hour plus in distance from the dealership. Also, roadside assistance was initially 90 minutes out, but then added an additional three hours of wait. I get me oil changed with Wil every time. He does a great job and its always quick. It's also great getting back a freshly washed car after as well.
Up from Atlanta to visit my son here in Greenville. Had minor trouble with my RX330. Steve has technician look over car to determine the problem. The service given and the friendliness and professionalism were outstanding. Steve is a tremendous representative for your dealership. Roy Holsinger
Helpful, straightforward, and honest with me. Honestly some of the best dealership service I've ever had.
In to have tires rotated...and oil change. In and out in about 45 minutes or less but have no idea that the work was done. Very non-communicative people
