Purchased a used vehicle at Lexus SM on 07/30 and everything went smooth. Dealership didn’t add any hidden fees or do anything shady. However 3 days later I noticed water dripping from under the glove compartment. Turns out there’s a defect in the windshield/ frame that allows water to flood into car hush panel after car washes/rain . Reached out to pre-owned director Will through website and didn’t hear back.
