I came in with my boyfriend ready to seriously purchase a car and had a great experience with the sales manager and finance person Fred -- they were patient, helpful, and professional. However, our experience with the salesperson Mo was very disappointing. He was disrespectful, rude and made us feel uncomfortable during the process. Complete waste of time, unfortunately.
Naz and Moe are the Dream Team of car sales! Very polite and professional, they took care of us like we were family. The entire SM Lexus team is fantastic, the managers are so cool and easy to talk to, they make sure you are 100% happy with the car and the deal and your trade in. 5 Stars in all areas, I will shop there again!
Had a great experience with Paul easy to deal with complete understanding of what’s in the car and how things work help me through setting up the phone and signing onto Lexus app. Very very helpful. Can’t say enough.
