I had a very poor experience at this dealership and do not recommend doing business with them. After coming in to test drive a pre-owned Lexus they had for sale, I made an offer on the car that was approved by the salesperson, Remi, and their management team. However, before returning the next day to purchase the car, they reneged on our agreed price and increased it by $1,500. A classic bait and switch. Be very cautious when dealing with this group.
Fantastic car buying experience, the entire team at Santa Monica Lexus was genuinely kind and responsive to what I wanted to buy (and spend!!) Such a beautiful facility feels more like a hotel than a Lexus dealership!!

Once you buy your car, if you ever need something and have to reach out, they will not respond via email or phone call. Had to get Lexus corporate to get an answer from Santa Monica.
