10/10..... I can't say enough good things about Lexus Santa Monica. They were so patient and accommodating with my family, making us feel valued every step of the way. Their service department is just as wonderful. Excellent customer care all around—I highly recommend this dealership!
This is a first class place. Had a great experience here. We live in Arizona and they took care of us. I went in and spoke to Ben, did the test drive, and got a good deal on a car I saw online. They offered me extra features, which I refused without any problems. I’m happy with my experience. The car is in pristine condition with only 20k miles, new tires and they filled the gas tank full. I pretty much just paid for the tax and transfer fees.
