I have been going to Lexus of Woodland Hills Service Department for the past 3 years for routine maintenance of my 2023 Lexus RX350 hybrid. My service advisor today, Brandon, was by far the best I have worked with. He was pleasant, well informed, trustworthy, and gave me the most useful information on what was needed for my car and the rationale. I will definitely be looking forward to returning.
If I could give a zero I would. So we took my daughter's car for a research of a problem and oh my goodness. Yes, they gave me a loaner, but who wants to be responsible for a brand new car when we she has her own car. First it took five days to diagnose the problem. Once they found what they claim is the issue and I question that, it was time to pay the bill. I was there without any appointment to replace the key to the tires within 5 minutes they accepted me and within an hour I was out of the dealership very nice and corporative staff I highly recommend this place
Lexus of Woodland Hills, specifically Sergio Ramirez at the service center, was wonderful! Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he maintained profound regular contact regarding my vehicle which needed a major service after I initially brought it in for an oil change. The service technicians were vigilant in locating a major issue and immediately notified Sergio and I. The loaner car was wonderful, and my car issue was resolved! Thank you Sergio!
