I was there without any appointment to replace the key to the tires within 5 minutes they accepted me and within an hour I was out of the dealership very nice and corporative staff I highly recommend this place
Lexus of Woodland Hills, specifically Sergio Ramirez at the service center, was wonderful! Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he maintained profound regular contact regarding my vehicle which needed a major service after I initially brought it in for an oil change. The service technicians were vigilant in locating a major issue and immediately notified Sergio and I. The loaner car was wonderful, and my car issue was resolved! Thank you Sergio!
