Huge shout-out to Tim F., our Sales and Leasing Consultant at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. He was knowledgeable, straight to the point, and zero BS. We came in on a relaxed Saturday afternoon, took a test drive, and chatted for about an hour. Then we rang the bell in the lobby, and everyone clapped to celebrate our commitment to purchase. My current lease was expiring soon so I went to Lexus to explore my options. I was welcomed by Vanessa who recently contacted me. She went over all my options with extreme knowledge. She went over and beyond to meet all my needs. I can honestly say I was extremely satisfied when I left there. I leased another car ( number three from them). I want to thank Vanessa for her expertise and making my experience a happy one. For anyone considering to buy or lease a Lexus please go to Ray Cantena in White Plains and ask for Vanessa.... read more
I had the opportunity to work with Louis at Ray Catena Lexus in White Plains recently. He was respectful, professional and not pushy in any way. I felt taken care of from the moment we were introduced. He listened to my requirements and worked hard to put together a deal for me. He also knew a lot about EV vehicles which I appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
