We recently purchased a vehicle and had a wonderful sales experience with Sami. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The follow-up and assistance after the sale have also been exceptional. As of a month later, I got a huge nail in the rear tire. I called service on a Saturday and was able to be seen within the hour. The call center was helpful and efficient. Tried to buy an RX from them this summer. Refused to give a written invoice. Some sales guy on the phone tells me “so we can’t give you a quote in writing but I can tell you numbers and you can add it up”. Hard pass, I was willing to drive three hours from Jax to purchase; but not with a verbal agreement they can renegotiate when I get there. Still ended up driving to Tampa for a car, just saved myself thousands not dealing with these clowns.
