I’m writing today to commend Dezirae Marte for helping me through a very complicated and exasperating series of events largely attributable to the inflexibility and callousness of Lexus Roadside. When I purchased my 2025 Lexus NX350h, I was assured that Lexus would provide towing through Lexus Roadside and the vehicle was covered under an excellent warranty. Great experience in general. My salesman was phenomenal. Ask for victor if u ever need a car. He was great. The only thing that left me a little dismayed and it wasn’t his fault was when I looked at the window sticker. Not 1 but 2 addendums. 1 from the factory and another from the dealer.
