My wife and I just had to give a super thumbs up to the attention to detail and awesome customer service we were given by the Staff at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. With the help and guidance of Mr. Hamza Younis and Mr. Ali Tazi, we were able to decide on the Lexus NX350, which we are sooooo happy with. The lifetime oil changes are a rip off!!!! Ploy to get you in to do a 1000$ package for 10,000 miles!!!!! never will go here again!!! i did two oil changes at this dealership . mgr said i went two years without one is a lie!!! only 10k miles!!! how many service should my lexus get????

We made our first visit to Lexus of Wesley Chapel and purchased a Lexus RX350 Hybrid with the services of Joey Romano. Joey went above and beyond in explaining and demonstrating the details of the car to us. Joey was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and other cars in the Lexus line up. We were not pressured to make a purchase which was greatly appreciated.
