The service team always takes great care of my ES. It's easy to get an appointment, and everyone is gracious and welcoming when I arrive.
Cyane from the operator of the service department is NOT friendly at all.
Ken and Jackson took care of me from start to finish and made sure everything was handled properly. They were responsive, honest, and really went above and beyond to make things right. Appreciate the level of professionalism. Great people at this dealership
My entire family prefer Lexus service centers because of their expertise and precision. Unfortunately, neither of these qualities are evident at this dealership. My vehicle would not start, and after calling AAA and having the battery checked, I had the car towed to this service center. The following day I was notified that they could not fine a problem, and that the car started just fine.
