I bought a trade-in Mazda Cx-5 vehicle from this dealership and the experience was great. Even though my vehicle was not a Lexus, they still treated it with great care. The vehicle was properly detailed and serviced before it was handed over to me. Also Louie is a great sales rep. His communication is straight forward, transparent and he's not at all pushy. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This dealership completely scammed me. They sold me a vehicle that had a previous unreported accident, yet acted completely clueless as if it’s “not their job” to check for issues like that. Any reputable dealership is supposed to inspect the car, including paint and body condition, before selling it — but clearly, they either didn’t or just didn’t care to tell the truth.
