I visited Lexus of Vaughan on April 22nd to view vehicles, obtain pricing, and book an appointment. I scheduled a follow-up for April 26th to finalize a lease agreement. However, during my second visit, I was very disappointed with the experience. The manager, Haghi, provided a printed price quote that was completely different from the original verbal quote given to me on April 22nd.
