The staff were outstanding
Had a good experience recently with a young girl who gave me wished-for information and went on a test drive with me of the Carolla Hybrid. Was impressed. The staff member was enthusiastic & informed but not pushy or talking over the customer- much appreciated in this field. Wait times can be longer than you would prefer. ( for both actual car orders and staff attention )
I wanted to buy a car there - I called twice and left messages. I emailed. Nobody came back to me until 5 days later. Obviously didn’t want my business so I went elsewhere.
I've always had excellent customer service. I've been buying my cars there for the last 11 years ,want buy anywhere else. Sam gave us excellent service and advice, very happy with our service 😀
