The staff were outstanding
Had a good experience recently with a young girl who gave me wished-for information and went on a test drive with me of the Carolla Hybrid. Was impressed. The staff member was enthusiastic & informed but not pushy or talking over the customer- much appreciated in this field. Wait times can be longer than you would prefer. ( for both actual car orders and staff attention )
I wanted to buy a car there - I called twice and left messages. I emailed. Nobody came back to me until 5 days later. Obviously didn’t want my business so I went elsewhere.
