Excellent professional service and care.
I am treated very professionally and with much courtesy every time I visit Lexus of Toledo. They are most helpful with everything and answer all of my questions. They complete services in a timely and efficient manner. I enjoy doing business with Jim White Lexus!
Jeff the service manager is great to work with and is on top of everything. He provides superior service.
They treat everyone like family. I get the same service guy, Jeff, each time. They always take care of me and remind me when I need an oil change. I always get a loaner so it doesn’t slow my day down. The complimentary clean my car with every service too. I will never drive anything but a Lexus thanks to them.
Always good service with pleasant people & I’m able to use a complimentary loaner car to not disrupt my schedule anymore than necessary, which is huge to me!
