Just bought a 2026 UX 300h Sport. This my 4th car that I bought from Lexus of Watertown, my consultant was Xin Gu, he was extremely knowledgable in the car I was interested . He was very polite , courteous and made the sale of my car seemliest the next day. No pressure just great service and knowledgable.
Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte is the best dealership I've ever dealt with!!! WE bought a used vehicle and it developed some black smoke from the exhaust while under warranty. Instead of just patching the problem they replaced the entire engine at no cost!! They provided a new vehicle as a loaner and even delivered it. I live 2 hrs from the dealership. I bought 2022 lexus RX350 from this saleman name Son last August they were nice at the first. Now, my car remote has issue with remote stater. I call my saleman told him about my remote starter didn't work and ask him for help he told me I call you back 10 minutes. I waited for 2 hours he never call back, I call again he told me he busy, I said ok call me back I wait another 2 hours he never call so, that day I call him 4times. I have issue with my remote starter for my Lexus RX350, I call my sell man, and he refuse to help me and told me his manager will call me. But no one from this dealer call me back and make appointment for me. Such a small issue like this they very unprofessional help, They only good when you bought car from them after that they don't give a shit. I would not recommended people to go to this dealership.

Shonta set up my service connect, guided and explained all the features in my NX350 which was extremely helpful. If I could rate less than one star I would. I was wanting to buy a Lexus GX I found online. I live out of the state of NY and was unable to see the vehicle in person. On Saturday I called the dealership and spoke with a sales rep. I tried to put money down for a deposit, however the manager said that I needed to wait until photos could be taken after the vehicle was prepped and detailed. I had a great experience at Lexus of Northborough. My salesman Jovani was very knowledgeable, and professional. The business manager Christopher was also excellent and informative. The whole staff was great. would strongly recommend this dealership.
