Would leave zero stars if it was an option. Imagine bringing your car to the one place you’d hope you can trust for a true inspection of the vehicle and real insight into any issues, only to find out they didn’t even run codes on your car, tell you everything is fine, and not address any concerns, charge $270 for an oil change and then send you on your way. I had an emergency situation with my Lexus vehicle where 2 wheel studs snapped off during a tire rotation at another location. I’ve never seen this happen before, and Kevin was able to get me in and out the same day and less than 2 hours. Was very impressed with his willingness and ability to go above and beyond and helping me. Thank you Kevin!!
