They are the reason mechanics get a bad reputation for scamming people. Save yourself time and money, go to another service center. Lexus of Tampa Bay is untrustworthy, does shotty work, and delivers the worst customer service I've had in 25 years across 7 brands of vehicle. Customers beware, especially women and older people. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1pm today. I waited in the Service lane, after being checked in, for over 25 minutes. The Service writer, Mike then strolls out and tells me sorry for the delay, he didn't know I was there. When I told him that's a long wait with no write-up, he just laughed it off. Then he proceeds to tell me, my wait time is 1-1/2 to 2 hours, because I don't have an appointment.
