The worst possible customer service experience I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. Just left the store and we’ve never felt so uneasy and uncomfortable and humiliated at the same time. Recently have tried to purchase a car remotely from this dealership and after chasing for several days managed to get some photos of the car, not sure why a customer needs to chase to get photos of a vehicle that is advertised. Further as I am looking at a couple of options and the car has been marked sold then available, I have made contact three times with the salesman.
