I bought my first Lexus a couple of years ago from Sutherland Lexus and I remember Laurence and Heraldo were so professional and provided great advice when I was choosing my car. They didn't try to up sell me another car. They suggested a car based on my needs, which I really appreciated. Since purchasing my car, I am now dealing with the Service Department.
