**⭐ Review for Lexus of Springwood** When we arrived, there was no one to greet or assist us—we had to search for a salesperson, which took quite a while. The wait to get a trade-in price was long, and the initial offer was well below what the RedBook valuation suggested. I pointed that out, and they did adjust the changeover price, but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort.
