I'd been warned by other GC-based Lexus owners and turns out they were right - this mob couldn't pour beer out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel. I tried to book in for a high voltage battery replacement. Called and spoke to Chris in service on 23rd June at 10:22a to book it in and was told the part was ordered and I would be updated as to when it would arrive to book the vehicle in.
