Had a very good experience getting my car detailed and fixing some minor cosmetic issues. Looks great now.
AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Extremely disappointing experience at Smithtown Lexus. I brought my car in for a specific issue and even provided video and photo evidence with timestamps showing the progression of the problem. Despite this, Robert insisted the issue was caused by the brakes. I made it clear it wasn’t — but was promised that new brakes would solve everything. I have always had a wonderful experience with Lexus Smithtown Service Dept. Robert Romano is always a pleasure to work with. He gets my car in quickly, keeps me updated and answers all my questions. He is kind, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with. Everyone at the service dept is terrific!I highly recommend them.
Horrible experience and service. Dropped off the car for service on June 21st and never got a call back from dealer that my car was ready for days until I called them. They claim someone called me but my phone records don't indicate anything. The sunroof was open and when pulling the shade there was a nice surprise of water flowing into my vehicle. Dan the service manager was to call me and til this date, have never heard back.
