One of the worst car sales experiences I have ever had, and that's saying something. Run away. Not a premium dealership.
My vehicle is more than 5 yrs old and I needed to update my MAPS and was given a price for the SD card and was told it would be another $180 to install and was told they had to install it. Contacted O'regan Lexus in Halifax and was able to get the SD card and install myself(which took 5 minutes) I then recently reached out again to Saint John for some information needed from the manufacturer and got no response after three weeks, so I again tried Halifax Lexus who responded and got me the answer in less than 20 minutes. I was here for my air conditioner service, the service was perfect, respectful and fast. They have available shuttle service in case. Thanks for your service.
Called simply for help with a discontinued part number and they said no. Called another dealer and they were happy to provide assistance. Disappointing.
