I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and back up camera recall notice for 9am. I checked in 5 minutes early, I told the associate, Gustavo that I would be waiting in the lobby and I was quoted 2 hours, which is the usual length of the appointment. 3 hours and 15 minutes later, I received a text saying my car was “in the green” meaning there were no additional recommendations for service. 45 min after that, (I’ve now been waiting 4 hours) I texted the associate asking for an update, as my car was showing it was in the... read more
