I am extremely disappointed with this service department, with the way i have been treated as a long-time customer servicing 3 different vehicles, including their GM, ownership and service management. Approximately one year ago, I spent over $8000 in repairs on my 2007 Lexus RX350 at this dealership. SHORT VERSION August 16, 2025 Maintenance & NEW Rear Brakes (Rotars & Pads) August 28, 2025 Return because rear brakes sound like an accordion as soon as I start pressing them, 10x worse when it has rained. I WAS TOLD it’s because the front brakes should be replaced because rear brakes are now taking all the brunt of SUV braking. I HAD FRONT BRAKES DONE.
