SHORT VERSION August 16, 2025 Maintenance & NEW Rear Brakes (Rotars & Pads) August 28, 2025 Return because rear brakes sound like an accordion as soon as I start pressing them, 10x worse when it has rained. I WAS TOLD it’s because the front brakes should be replaced because rear brakes are now taking all the brunt of SUV braking. I HAD FRONT BRAKES DONE. Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable, clean waiting areas with coffee machine, water, snacks, a literal candy corner, two massage chairs (while well used, still function well). Overall, a pleasant experience. I don't have any experience dealing with their sales staff but the service area was easy to navigate and drop off for maintenance service having never been here before.
It's very difficult for me, to write this review. I remain, so full with emotion and sincere gratitude, for the services, rendered to me on, Aug. 20, 2025. I've had my vehicle serviced, at this location, for many years and they've never, disappointed. All repairs done right, the first time, in a timely manner.
