I want to take a moment and commend two employees at Lexus of Route 10 - Service Department (Whippany). The first is the woman (I apologize for not getting your name) who greeted me on the phone when I called to obtain an immediate appointment, and who remembered me, and got my car in to be looked at. Mind you it was 3:30pm on 7/17/25. She was super pleasant, and calming, and got me to the right people. The service provided by Nick Iannaccone and the entire service team is beyond excellent. Making appointments and keeping on top of service needs are just two of his attributes. I have been going to the Service Dept at Lexus of Route 10 for years. I always experience top notch service, starting with the people who answer the phone, or conveniently booking my appointment online, and the lovely people at the front desk. It's a very comfortable, pleasant waiting area, with great WiFi so that you can work very efficiently there. They have always gone above and beyond for me, especially Billy and today Joe Curcio, and the service team, who took care of a nail in my tire on an emergency basis, and also a ... read more
