It's very difficult for me, to write this review. I remain, so full with emotion and sincere gratitude, for the services, rendered to me on, Aug. 20, 2025. I've had my vehicle serviced, at this location, for many years and they've never, disappointed. All repairs done right, the first time, in a timely manner. I want to take a moment and commend two employees at Lexus of Route 10 - Service Department (Whippany). The first is the woman (I apologize for not getting your name) who greeted me on the phone when I called to obtain an immediate appointment, and who remembered me, and got my car in to be looked at. Mind you it was 3:30pm on 7/17/25. She was super pleasant, and calming, and got me to the right people. The service provided by Nick Iannaccone and the entire service team is beyond excellent. Making appointments and keeping on top of service needs are just two of his attributes.
