I have been going to the Service Dept at Lexus of Route 10 for years. I always experience top notch service, starting with the people who answer the phone, or conveniently booking my appointment online, and the lovely people at the front desk. It's a very comfortable, pleasant waiting area, with great WiFi so that you can work very efficiently there. I absolutely love the professionalism of the Lexus staff. They keep you well informed of the service repairs (no hidden costs.). They offer a loner car & their waiting room is new & the state of the art. Can’t imagine using any other mechanics.
