Best experience ever! They took their time and fixing my vehicle they gave me extra time to come up with money expenses were more than expected but they were able to work with me on a payment level. Ryan was the person that helped us out in service department.
Service staff were friendly and knowledgeable; especially Natascha. The waiting area was comfortable, and the coffee machine kept “em coming hot. The communication throughout the service, as I waited on-site, was maintained electronically, but Natascha was approachable throughout for any questions. We started using Roseville Lexus after lack-luster experiences at Sacramento. We’ll definitely be driving a little extra for future service.
