Bought our first Lexus and had its first service done. The people there are great! We LOVE our car! Chris helped us out and he’s awesome!! Can’t wait for next service!
I am satisfied. Chris is professional worker. Everything was done on time.
Wait wasn't horrible. Plenty of coffee and internet for 2 hours. Had a recall issue taken care of. Brent also got a service person (Christian) to show me how the rack in the back of my 350RX removed. Probably will look into getting a rental next service.
120K check up. Expensive, but I trust their care and expertise. Tasha is always cheerful and caring. Having Philz coffee while I wait is always a plus.
