Excellent service from Lexus Roseville. Chris, my service manager kept me updated on the status of my car, and told me to keep the loaner vehicle an extra few days, because I needed a new water pump and the part would take a little longer to arrive. Chris explained everything to me and provided an in-depth report of the maintenance done to my car. Thanks Chris and Lexus team for outstanding customer service.
