Most of my family had Lexus cars from Lexus of Ontario. For vehicle loaner, it was unfortunate that the Ontario branch do not have any availability for a weekend long trip to San Diego. No customer service , lairs ,Dishonest service director
This was my first visit to Lexus of Temecula and I must say I was very pleased with the customer service. We were greeted with a smile staff was welcoming and treated us with dignity and respect our service advisor appeared to be very knowledgeable attentive and very helpful. We requested a courtesy car while our car was getting service and one was provided. Overall we were very pleased with Lexus of Temecula and will recommend to friends and family
