Extremely rude customer service on the phone. Called on 6/08/25 and lady on the phone seemed quite annoyed to answer and confirm pricing. Will never service at lexus of Parramatta again, absolutely disgusting. Called Sydney city lexus after, they were much more professional, provided more clear information and quoted 70% lower prices compared to lexus of parramatta service centre.
Bit of a late review, but recently had my car serviced and everything went really smoothly. The guy who picked it up was super nice, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The car feels like brand new now—really happy with the whole experience! :)

Recently needed repair on Lexus… excellent service from Hayley who kept me up to date consistently and went over and above to ensure all facets of the repair and parts availability was communicated to me and that all was completed to a high standard
