Very disappointed with Lexus Parramatta. My brand-new Lexus was in for its complimentary capped-price service, yet they still charged me $500 and asked for extra payment for basic items like rubber wipers and the air filter. Not what I expected from a premium brand.
$50 labour fee to fit windshield wipers....seriously!...to 'regas' bonnet and boot struts, $150 each. (When I got home I purchased compatible bonnet struts on ebay for $26 a pair and fitted them in 15 minutes. $500 labour fee to fit boot release actuator...I declined. After more then 10 years of excellent service from them they seem to have gone all out to gouge my wallet. I will never go back.
I took my car in for an annual service last year and when it was done, the steering wheel was crooked, the front wheels were bent, and the tires I bought for $700 were worn out on the inside. They have really bad and inexperienced mechanics. My experience is that you should never go to this place to get your car serviced.
Big mouth - zero knowledge. Had a chat with a male in technical sales department. He was rude and had absolutely no knowledge of lexus products. You guys need to train such individuals on how to speak with customers and make them understand that people who pay for their cars don’t like to be spoken with in a rude manner.
