I had a terrible experience with Lexus Parramatta and Lexus Australia and feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I went in for a test drive for the NX350h and was told I had to pay a $3,000 deposit just to check if I could get finance — and that this amount was fully refundable. Based on that assurance, I paid the deposit.
