A very smooth purchasing experience — from my first visit, I was well taken care of in every detail. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and the entire process from purchase to delivery was seamless. The explanation of every feature of the new car was absolutely perfect.
Professional and caring service from the parramatta team especially Ben and K1 , went above and beyond to make sure we got our ES 300h . Can’t forget Angelina with her knowledge of the car and our beautiful flowers. Though we have purchased previous vehicles from them they never disappoint.
If it was not for Angela I would have probably walked off without taking delivery of the car. Some of the team members were rude, condescending, arrogant.
