It's so clean they are very professional. Melissa Horan is the best sales person she will get you the best that's why they are called lexus prestige you get a better deal. Now you get you get transmission for life wow what a great deal. When I brought mine 5 years ago. I get free oil change for life. That's still a good deal. Get to lexus of orange county. AND NO I DON'T WORK FOR THEM AND NO ONE PUT ME UP TO WRITE THIS. give them a try you won't regret it.
I never have any problems in scheduling service or with the service treatment received at Lexus of Orange County. From Jessica who answers the calls and does the scheduling , to the people in the office who explain and walk you through every detail of your car’s service experience. Lexus of Manhattan should take some notes.
Had some issues in the beginning after the purchase. It all worked itself out though but it took some time.
