I purchased brand new tires 12k miles ago and I had car alignment. Now they say I need new tires again and will not back up their work . Plus they hid the fact that the tires were wearing improperly at 1st and 2nd rotation
I took my NX350h to the dealership for regular maintenance a week ago. I told them that I needed wheel alignment after my right front wheel hit curb of a sidewalk while I was parking my vehicle at a shopping mall parking lot. I paid for wheel alignment and tire rotation. But I don’t think they fixed the alignment problem since I still have to keep steering wheel at 2-3 degree clockwise to drive a straight line.
