Service was deemed unnecessary, but they took care of my vehicle and myself. Muzahar and Rick in the service bay, Aleks and Adam who I discussed the issue with, and Alex at the service desk. Everyone treated me with respect which I haven’t experienced at all dealers. Worth the drive.
I have driven Lexus for over 30 years and now my wife went to NORTHBORO Lexus with me to see if she could find one to her liking.. We were greeted as we walked in stated that we were just in the beginning stages of looking. As we walked thru the showroom Ashraf Hassan asked if we had any questions.
