Our car was stalling which became extremely dangerous. They diagnosed the problem correctly, however, were unable to fix on the day due to unavailability of part, which they informed us about before we took it in. It was unfortunate that we were unable to take the car back home and stalled on the highway. Two tow trucks later, we got the car back to them on a Saturday. Good and professional service!
The "technicians" missed a coolant leak in my wife's car, and refused to hook up my car to a scanner when I brought it in for a service, to discern why the engine light was on. I found this very disappointing and a little baffling to be honest, especially being a long time customer. I lodged a complaint with Lexus on their website but I never heard back from anybody. I was initially happy to pay a premium, expecting the best quality service, but this has changed my outlook. I can only guess that somebody in company operation... read more
